    • You can choose between “Click and Collect” (pick up your order in any of our salons) or “Home Delivery” (ship it to the address you desire anywhere in Spain and Portugal, the Canary Islands not included).

    • Spain and Portugal (mainland) deliveries

      Spain and Portugal standard delivery is €3. We offer free shipping with all orders when you spend over €70.
      We offer free shipping if you chose Click and Collect as a shipping option.

      Balearic Islands

      The standard delivery is €5. We offer free shipping with all orders when you spend over €70. 

    • Yes. Choose the Click & Collect tab at the checkout and select your collection point (any Secretos del Agua’s Salon)

       

    • All orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. We will dispatch your order once you received the confirmation email with your invoice.

    • If you want to change the shipping address please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible at: hola@secretosdelagua.com so that we can make our best effort to request a shipping address change is it’s still possible.

    • We deliver to Spain and Portugal (mainland) and the Balearic Islands. We don’t ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

    • Yes, we also deliver to mainland Portugal.

    • You can return your order or part of it if you have changed your mind and no longer want the products, or if your order arrived damaged, missing an item or if something else is wrong. Please contact with customer service at
       hola@secretosdelagua.com  within the 14 days of receiving a parcel to organise a return. However, if you  experience any allergic reactions there is up to 21 days to return your parcel. Don’t forget to specify on the email: the order number, your name and surname and which products you want to return.
      Unfortunately, we will not accept returns of products that have been opened. Please, read our Terms and Conditions to know if you can return your parcel.

    • Returns are free, but you can only return your parcel if you have changed your mind and the products are still sealed, you have received the wrong products or your order arrived damaged or missing an item.

    • We are sorry but you can’t. If you want to change a product you need to return it and place a new order.

    • We are sorry but you can’t. To return any products please contact with customer service at hola@secretosdelagua.com within the 14 days of receiving a parcel to organise a return.

    • Once we get your package and we checked that everything is okay, we will get in contact with you to confirm the return and it can take up to 7 days.
