Any order made by private customers to Secretos del Agua at www.secretosdelagua.com is subject without limitation to these Terms and Conditions. Private customers are defined as private individuals who limit the use of Secretos del Agua products to their own personal needs or those of their family and friends.
All the available products are shown on the website www.secretosdelagua.com unless they are out of stock, which will be indicated.
The prices applicable to the products are those shown when the order is made and all of them include taxes (VAT or similar). The breakdown of these taxes will be provided to you before the completion and formalization of the order. You should take into account that when you formalize the order, the system will inform you in detail about the taxable base of the order, the applicable taxes and the delivery costs.
The taxes, fees and shipping charges will vary depending on the fiscal or physical zone from where the order is made or has to be sent so it can be modified or discounted after selecting the delivery zone.
Offers or discount vouchers may have an expiration date after which they are no longer valid.
The prices indicated on the website may be reviewed and modified at any time as they are subject to changes in the market.
The purchases of products and services can be paid by credit or debit card and the charge will be managed by a payment gateway of a secure server such as Redsys.
All your data will be encrypted and on a secure server SSL (Security Socket Layers), which guarantees that neither the owners of this Virtual Commerce, nor third parties will have access to your bank data or credit card details.
Once the data has been entered, the bank will validate your credit card and proceed with the payment. At that moment the order will be effective and it will be processed and sent.
Every product that appears on the website with their unit price represents the total price, including taxes. It does not include transport and customs duties
The expenses related with the shipment and customs will be charged to the customer, informing him about the exact expenses that are derived from the order before accepting it. The products acquired will be delivered to the natural or legal person and to the address indicated, within the period indicated for each type of shipment.
The orders will be delivered in approximately 4 – 5 working days in the national territory since the reception of the payment through a company specialized in shipments. The period will depend on the stock availability. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (both national and local) are excluded.
If the product is not in stock, the delivery time may be delayed until it is restocked. In this case, Secretos del Agua, declines all responsibility and will inform the customer of the estimated time of replacement and delivery.
Orders will not be delivered at post office boxes and Secretos del Agua reserves the right to withhold shipment of orders with incorrect addresses.
In any case, our customer service department will contact you according to the data provided for any incident or doubt that may arise while processing your order.
Every effort will be made by Secretos del Agua to please all its customers in the demand of the products.
In case of unavailability of the product once the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of the order.
Secretos del Agua currently delivers in the Spanish territory: Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Spain (Peninsula): 6 euros
The Balearic Islands: 6,90 euros.
On orders above 70€ (VAT not included), shipping charges are free.
The shipping charges of orders collected in any of the partnered salons of Secretos del Agua are also free. The return of the orders collected in the salons will be carried out in the same way as the ones made through our website.
- That the customer received an incorrect order, where the Products ordered are not the same as the Products received.
- That the Products received have manufacturing defects or were received in bad condition as a result of the transport service.
- If the customer, when the Products are collected or delivered, notices that they have defects in the packaging, this should be reflected on the collection or delivery document for the Products, thus notifying the incident.
- In cases where a Secretos del Agua Salon performs a personalised assessment for the customer and deems that the Products purchased are not ideal for their skin or hair type.
1. Refunds and returns
Customers may request to return the Products purchased through this website, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the Products were received provided they have not been unsealed on delivery or collection.
The return entails the refund of the amounts paid for the Products listed on the website, and a courier will be made available to the customer to collect the Products without any cost for the return or transport services.
Customers who do not fall into the consumer category will have the right to return the products purchased through the website within a period of seven (7) days, provided that the Products have not been unsealed on delivery and that they assume the transport costs to return them, except in the cases listed below:

2. Returns process for Secretos del Agua Products
To correctly return the Products, customers should contact Secretos del Agua by email on email@example.com indicating their order number, name and surnames, invoice number for the original order and whether they wish to return all or some of the Products purchased. In the case of a partial return, customers should indicate which Products they intend to return.
Once the return has been notified, the Secretos del Agua Customer Service Department will respond regarding collection of the Products, if applicable. Assuming that the response is positive, the state of the Products will be checked at Secretos del Agua facilities once they have been collected.
Furthermore, the Products should be in perfect condition, sealed and in their original packaging.
3. Product exchange policy
If the customer wishes to change the Products purchased for different Products, they should request to return the Products delivered and place a new order for the new Products that they wish to acquire.
4. Returning Products purchased through the website in Secretos del Agua Salons
Secretos del Agua Salons are not equipped to be able to accept returns of Products purchased through this website. Returning Products acquired online should be done by sending an email to the Secretos del Agua Customer Service Department on this address firstname.lastname@example.org and according to the process established in the Secretos del Agua Product Returns Process.
5. Data protection in the Product returns process
Customer data will only be processed by the company that owns the Secretos del Agua brand and its subsidiaries for the purpose of processing and sending out orders. The data will not be communicated to or shared with third parties.
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016, as well as Organic Law 3/2018 of 5th December on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, customers will have access to their personal data and can request that they be corrected or erased. To do so, they should send a request either by post to calle Binéfar s/n, 22510, Binaced, Huesca, Spain or by email to email@example.com indicating which right they wish to exercise.
The responsibility of the merchant that has the Secretos del Agua brand will be restricted to rectification under the terms set forth above. The merchant shall not be responsible for consequential damages that may possibly derive from the provision of services. By way of example, and not limited to these, this category shall include damages by loss of data, files, images, information, opportunities or benefits and moral damage.
In addition, no responsibility will be assumed for a difference in colour between the original image and that of the product supplied, caused by poor quality of the original image file. Claims due to aesthetic taste will not be considered as defective goods.
The guarantees and responsibilities provided for in this section shall not apply when the defect is due to force majeure or to a cause that can be attributed to the customer. In all cases, the guarantee offered here replaces any other guarantees.
Unfortunately, we can not offer product exchanges currently. If you would like to change your product for another one, please arrange a return for the unwanted product and make a new online order for the product you would like to purchase.
The guarantees and after-sales services will follow the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16th that approves the text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. According to this law, the seller is obliged to deliver to the customer and user products that are in conformity with the contract, responding to him for any lack of conformity.
Secretos del Agua reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with a new version of the Terms and Conditions published on its website at www.secretosdelagua.com. The Terms and Conditions that apply to any order are those published on www.secretosdelagua.com the date the order is made.
The fact that Secretos del Agua does not exercise or delay the exercise of a right provided by these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of the right or a waiver of other rights. No partial exercise of a right under these Terms and Conditions will prevent any subsequent exercise of the right or the exercise of any other right.
Secretos del Agua will not be responsible for failure to comply with any obligation included in these Terms and Conditions in the event of force majeure or any circumstance beyond its control, such as, fire, flood, act of God, government regulations, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, riots or similar, or shortage of supplies, among others.
These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or relating to them will follow the Spanish law.
The Spanish legislation, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, will be applied for the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities developed on it. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid are competent for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to the use of the website.
