Shipping and Returns

  • What are the shipping methods?

    During the checkout process, you can select “Store Pickup”, allowing you to collect your order from any of our salons, or “Home Delivery”, to receive it at the address you provide.

  • What is the shipping cost?

    It depends on the shipping method. Shipping is free when selecting “Store Pickup.” If you choose “Home Delivery,” the shipping cost is €3 for mainland Spain and Portugal, and €5 for the Balearic Islands and Germany, for orders under €50.
    For orders over €50, home delivery is free.

  • Can I pick up an order at the Secretos del Agua salon network?

    Yes, by selecting “Store Pickup” during the checkout process. In this case, shipping is free.

  • What is the delivery time for an order?

    Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.

  • Can the delivery address be changed once the order is confirmed?

    If this happens, please contact our customer service team so they can inform you whether the address change is still possible.

  • Do you ship throughout Spain?

    Yes, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

  • Do you ship outside Spain?

    Yes, to mainland Portugal and Germany.

  • What should I do if I haven’t received my order by the expected date?

    If you haven’t received your order within the agreed timeframe, please contact us at hola@secretosdelagua.com.

     

  • Is it possible to return an order or part of it?

    Yes. You can return a full order or part of it if it arrives in poor condition or simply because you no longer want it. In that case, you must request the return by sending an email to hola@secretosdelagua.com within the period and under the conditions stated in our Terms and Conditions.

  • What is the return period for an order?

    The established return period is 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order. In cases of allergic reactions, the period is extended to 21 days.

  • Does the return involve any cost?

    You may return your order or part of it within the period established in our Returns Policy. In this case, Secretos del Agua will cover both the shipping and return costs.

  • Can I exchange one product for another?

    Secretos del Agua does not accept product exchanges. If you wish to replace your item with another, you must request the return of the unwanted product and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

  • Can I return my online order at a salon?

    Secretos del Agua salons cannot accept returns for purchases made on www.secretosdelagua.com. Any return of an online purchase must be processed through our Secretos del Agua customer service department at hola@secretosdelagua.com.

  • How long does it take to process a refund?

    Once the return has been requested and processed, we receive the product and verify that everything is in order. We will then contact you to confirm the refund, which will be completed within a maximum period of 14 days.
