    Yes, although you will need to fill in some required details for the processing and delivery of the order. With this initial information, your account will be created automatically.

  • Is there a gift with purchase?

    All our orders include 3 free samples that you can choose yourself. In addition, you may receive other gifts with the purchase of selected products during special occasions.

  • Can I request my order to be prepared as a gift?

    It is not necessary. Secretos del Agua offers a premium packaging service. All our products are delivered in a Secretos del Agua box without invoice or pricing information.

  • Will I receive an invoice after placing an order?

    You will receive a simplified invoice by email with every order placed. If you require a full invoice, you can request it at the following email address: hola@secretosdelagua.com

  • Can I place an order and request an invoice with company details?

    Yes. During the checkout process, you will need to tick the “Company” box and complete all the required information.

  • How will I receive the invoice?

    The invoice will only be sent by email. We have removed printed invoices to help protect the environment.
