• Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

  No. It is possible to make a quick order as a guest without previous registration.

• Can I place an order as a guest?

  Yes. It’s not mandatory to have an account to make an order. However, some personal data will be required to process the purchase. From this little data you will get an account automatically activated for your future purchases.

• Is there any gift with purchase?

  Each order includes 3 free samples. Besides, you can obtain additional gifts by purchasing some products on special dates.

• May I request my purchase as a gift?

  It will not be necessary. Secretos del Agua provides an exceptional wrapping service. All of our products are delivered in a box of Secretos del Agua which does not include the price of the order.

• Do I receive an invoice for my order?

  Yes. You will receive an email with a simplified invoice after making the order. If it is necessary, you can request a complete invoice at: hola@secretosdelagua.com

• Can I make a purchase with the billing information of a company?

  Yes. During the purchase you just need to checked the box next to Company and fill in the required information.

• How will I receive the invoice?

  To protect the environment, we do not provide a printed invoice. You will get an email with the invoice.
