As a treatment: Divide dry hair into sections and spray the serum onto the scalp, focusing on the most weakened areas. Gently massage to help all the active ingredients penetrate, leave it on overnight, and, if necessary, wash your hair the next morning. You can also apply it in the morning and leave it on throughout the day. Repeat the process for the 28 days of a full cycle.
As maintenance: After completing this period, continue applying the serum at least twice a week or repeat a new full cycle.
